Candace is a cool, funny, nature-loving yoga teacher from the United Kingdom. She used to suffer from anxiety and stress, where it came to a point that she had to seek medical help. Following that, Candance has opened a new chapter of her life and introduced herself to yoga. Practicing yoga has helped her overcome negative emotions and keep discomfort at bay.
