Often served during holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving, and mentioned and referred to in numerous works of American literature and television--pecan pie is a staple and a symbol of Southern American cuisine. Whether or not you like to toast your pecans beforehand, serve your pie with either whipped cream or ice cream, or pronounce it as "pee-can" or "pee-cuhn," we can all admit that pecan pie is darn delicious.

As it is in Southern tradition, everyone has their own recipe. If you are looking for a simple, easy-to-follow recipe, then there's no better place to look than in chef Jeffrey's channel.

Ingredient List.
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
