Vietnamese cooking has always put importance on its uses of spices, herbs, and aromatics to achieve subtle and sophisticated flavors and results, and pho is no exception. For pho ga, maybe even more so, as its short ingredient list puts much higher importance on the quality and freshness of the ingredients.

Low key this may become one of the biggest recipe channels on Youtube. Editting is awesome, the silence is virtuous and the length of the videos make these very digestible. Saw your new vid on /r/artisanvideos so expect an influx of viewers this is exactly what that sub looks for.

I've made this 5 times in the last 3 months!! people at work are jealous of my amazing lunches. I've made pho dozens of time using beef and you're so dead on - this recipe is richer and more true to form! Love it, thank you :)
