In 2013, Alina suffered from anorexia and bulimia. Those years were so hard for her and yoga had pulled her out from further damaging her body. She began dedicating herself to practicing yoga daily and it helped her break free from these patterns. Finally, she realized that neither her weight nor her “healthy habits” affect how she felt about herself and began to love her body more.
