Steven Dolby is a Michelin starred chef. Honestly, I could end this summary just with that sentence alone. But no, he is also an artist, and a musician. From a young age, Steve has always had an affinity for the artistic. Not until later in his life did he find his new passion in food. At 21 years of age, he began training at his first restaurant in England, thus taking the first steps of his illustrious 17 year career in the professional kitchen. Now, he takes on a more humble pursuit in teaching newer cooks how to make restaurant quality foods in the comfort of their own homes.
