Juicy, flavorful, and refreshing. It’s easy to see why the salmon is crowned as the “King of Fish”. Aside from tasting good, salmon is also high in vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids. With such great flavors already involved with salmon, it’s best not to overcomplicate things; keep it simple. With that in mind, Steve shows us the classical way to cook this wonderful fish: sear, pan sauce, broil.
Two 10oz Salmon fillets
1 Lemon
Roasted Red Pepper Sauce:
300g Red pepper & Yellow pepper (sliced)
2 Garlic cloves
1/2 Small yellow onion (sliced)
1 Cup chicken stock
1/4 Cup heavy cream
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
