More than just a mother, fiance, and full-time student, Rosie is her own person who is dedicated and excited about her passions in life. Cooking is something that she has loved for a long time. At 29, Rosie has been the long time head chef of her family alongside her sous chef, Hailee, her 8-year-old daughter. With her love for food, she decided to go back to school and pursue a Bachelor's in Technology in Hospitality Management at New York City College of Technology. Now, she is eager to share her passions with us through her channel. Here, she is joined and supported by her family, friends, and fiance in presenting Dominican-American dishes that she knows we will love.
