When people lose someone dear to them, the feeling of grieving and sadness will always be present. Kassandra created a Yin Yoga For Grief & Sadness class to help get yourself explore where these feelings are living in your body. What’s unique about this class is that she doesn't want to teach a practice that will help you escape our emotions, she wants you  to remember that the “only way out is through it”. 

In this session, she incorporated Yin Yoga poses with affirmation where you’ll write some statements on a piece of paper or journal after executing each pose. These actions will help you break free of physical, emotional, and energetic tensions that you're carrying around in your difficult times of grief and sadness.
