Reminiscent of school lunch hours and low-quality strip mall Mexican restaurants. How can a dish like this be a representative of Mexican comfort food? We have been deprived of juicy chicken breasts, dried chilis, buttery avocados, fresh tortilla chips, queso Oaxaca, and tangy sour cream. Silvia, our savior, is her to stop this madness and introduce us to real, authentic, and hearty Mexican soup.
