What does BLT stand for again, because Cait didn’t really go over that? All we know is that the
“B” stands for bacon, and with that alone, I think we can ignore the rest. Kidding aside, the BLT is famous and well known because it’s an incredibly balanced sandwich. It’s versatile enough that you can use whatever dressing and bread that you want. You can even add some pickles or jalapeño peppers in there. Just as long as the original core is still there, you can never go wrong with it.
Cait takes on a more somewhat classical approach with hers, with some twists because of the sourdough, and pesto mayo.
Most of these ingredients can be found in almost all groceries.
