A stretch that helps strengthen the back of your lower legs, including your calf muscles.
1. Grab a chair, put your hand on top of it, and bend slightly in front of your knee.
2. Keep the back of your knee straight. Remember to take your foot to the ground.
3. Feel the stretch all over your back leg calf.
4. Keep the place for 15 to 30 seconds.
5. Move the other leg and repeat the above steps.
