Did you know that a cheesecake is technically a pie? Well, anyways, most people love dessert, and most people love cheesecake, but not everyone has an oven where they can bake one. Good thing Dina is here to rescue us from our baking woes with this no-bake cheesecake recipe!
I don’t know about you guys, but for us, the best part of a cheesecake will always be the crust. Dina starts off strong by using crushed and grounded whole Oreos. That’s right, with the filling and everything. We don’t know why most recipes use just the cookie for their crusts, isn’t the filling the best thing about Oreos? We honestly didn’t catch if Dina was using regular ones, or Double Stuf. Better stick with the regular ones just to be safe, but we can’t honestly blame anyone for trying out Double Stuf.
If we had to five a con about this recipe, is that you can’t immediately bite into them once they’re finished cooking. Not really a big thing, even the classic oven baked cheesecake needs some time to cool down in the oven. Just make sure that you make this in advance, and not with an empty stomach.
